During the year 1993., 1994. and 1995 he collected a different antiquities, old things and furniture. The most of them where out of use for a long period of time.
Nikola Beko spend all of his free-time to renovate and renew this old treasures to enrich them to the nowadays looking and to alive them.
From the end of 1995 till nowadays, the house was visited by a lot of people from our country and also from abroad who are interested in literature, arts, film, theatre, estrade and sport.
Visiting and staying in the country-house is free and all the services that the guests can get there are also free.
Many of Tv programmes were emitted about the ranch and about its owner by different Tv channels from our country and also from abroad. In the backyard of the ranch different cultural happenings are organized like: literary events, mini concerts, and different art exhibitions.
The book of impressions which is an important part of the house represents a huge spiritual value. The content of this book approves who and when had visited Backa Topola and the house.
This book has an over 400 evidential visiting documented by the photographs of the visitors and their own descriptions about their impressions related to the house and our town. On the 10 th anniversary existing of this book of impressions the book was presented to the open public of the town Backa Topola. On december 16 th this not customary event was followed by many public mediums in the cinemahouse by full audience.
Master of the house appreciates each visitor, and he considers it a great honour if some of them repeat their visiting.
Many of the guest has a question, how can it exists, a farm in the center of the town?
The master of the house has a very simple answer: all this began from healthy and carefree childhood, spended on the ranch, burn with desire to return to this memories even on that nostalgic way.
At the end of 2005, with the aim to preserve the habits, culture and traditions of Vojvodina, Nikola Beko accompanied with some of his friends established an association called "BENIKSAL".
The name of the association is the abbreviation of the words Beko Nikola Farm, and the aim of the Beniksal is to preserve and keep in memory the all values to the next generations.
"BENIKSAL" will give a hard work as a cultural missionary overcoming different difficulties that exists now and will exist also in the future. The association will show a great hospitality to all the people who will try to develop the cultural life of Backa Topola on any appreciated way.
